Gun Barrel Application

Step 1

Bullet and bore surfaces appear smooth to the naked eye. When examined under a microscope, the uneven nature of the surfaces emerge, revealing a random series of "hills and valleys".

Step 2

Fusion-Tech nano-compounds are applied to the bullets. The nano-particles are forced into the "valleys" under extreme velocity, heat, and pressure as the bullet passes through the bore.

Step 3

As the nano-particles bond with the steel in the bore, the surface hardness increases (HV700) and becomes nearly friction-free (0.05). This process protects the bore against wear, extending the service life of the weapon.

Step 4

Once impregnated with the nano-compounds, the weapon shoots more accurately with greater energy and velocity.
